IPA Pickles

Serves:

Ingredients:

1 c Cider Vinegar
6 ea Garlic cloves, smashed
2 T Salt
1 T Sugar
1 T Peppercorns
1T Mustard seed
12 oz IPA
2 ea Seedless cucumbers, sliced
8 oz Fresno peppers, deseeded, sliced

Directions:

Add vinegar, garlic, salt, sugar, peppercorns, and mustard seed to a small saucepan and heat until sugar and salt is dissolved. Remove from heat and add IPA. Place cucumbers and peppers in jars or a non­reactive container with a lid and pour brine over to cover them. Cover container and place in refrigerator for 24­-48 hours before using.
